Infinite Solutions, Inc. will accept prescription records (CURES data) transmitted through different modes. Pharmacies may choose one or more of the transmission methods mentioned below.
Infinite Solutions, Inc. will accept files sent through ftps or sftp (secure FTP).
Step1: If you are using a FTP client, update the host, username and password provided in your registration confirmation email.

Step 2: Upon successful connection, a security certificate will be displayed. Accept the certificate to proceed with data transmission. This will ensure secure data transfer. (Note: By accepting the security certificate, you initiate the secure transmission process. No files are being downloaded to your computer due to the acceptance of the certificate).
Step 3: Locate the data file you want to upload. Drag and drop the data file on the right. For more details pertaining to the features of the FTP client, please refer to your FTP client manual.
If you do not have an FTP client, you can download an FTP client for free at https://infinitecures.com. Download an FTP client from FTP Client tab. (Note: This site will not be available till January 1, 2009). To download an FTP client, please follow the steps identified below.
- STEP A: Login to the application at https://infinitecures.com/cures
- STEP B: Click on FTP Client tab.
- STEP C: Choose the installation file based on your operating system.
- STEP D: Follow FileZilla installation instructions.
Infinite Solutions, Inc. supports many modes of CURES data transmission. However, we recommend using our online file upload feature. This feature provides more accountability, security and allows you to receive instant submission confirmation.
With a valid userID and password, you can transmit your data files (less than 10 MB in size) electronically through our secure website, https://infinitecures.com.
- Step1: Login to our web site https://infinitecures.com
- Step2: Click on Direct Upload tab
- Step3: Click on Browse and select the data file you want to transmit
- Step4: Click on Upload
Note: If your data file is over 10 MB in size, please use FTP client to upload data file.
Note: Depending on the size of the file, the website may take longer to upload.
Upon successful upload, you will receive an instant confirmation as indicated below:
The above confirmation message will be sent to the registered email account on file for your records. Please print the confirmation if required.
Infinite Solutions Inc. will accept CURES data submitted through dialup connections if required. Please call for directions.
Infinite Solutions Inc. will accept data sent by authorized software vendors or authorized third party entities on behalf of the pharmacies.
Infinite Solutions Inc. needs to have an authorization on file. Such authorization may be in the form of an email or fax or a signed letter prior to submission of data.
If your vendor prepares the data for you and transmits the data files to Infinite Solutions, Inc., please share the confirmation email with your vendor.
Your vendor can use any of the modes provided here to send CURES data to Infinite Solutions, Inc.
Infinite Solutions Inc. will accept data generated using vendor/third party provided software, if data file complies with the ASAP 2005 (ver. 3) data format.
If you are using vendor/third party provided software to send CURES data directly to current provider, please share the confirmation email and ask the vendor to modify the current software. Such modifications may or may not be necessary to transmit CURES data to Infinite Solutions, Inc. Should your vendor/third party software provider need any assistance, they can contact InfiniteCURES support team.
If you are using vendor/third party provided software to prepare the data file (ASAP 2005 v3) and you transmit the file to Infinite Solutions Inc., prepare the file using vendor software and use FTP client/Direct upload features described above to transmit data (details provided above).
Infinite Solutions Inc. will accept Zero fill CURES data.
If you did not dispense any Schedule II to IV drugs and you do not have any data to upload, please fill the zero dispense form by clicking Zero Fill tab after logging in at https://infinitecures.com.
- Step 1: Select the zero fill tab upon successful login.
- Step 2: Select the period you want to report zero fill data.
- Step 3: Select the check box to certify the zero fill data.
- Step 4: Click on continue to upload zero fill data.
An automated email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address on file for your records. Please print the confirmation if required.
Infinite Solutions, Inc. will accept files sent through hyper-send or Flash drive/floppy/CD/DVD:
